We are seeking detail-oriented and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Seasonal Product Assembly Associates. In this role, you will play a key part in preparing several of our products for the upcoming season. There are opportunities for work April through September subject to your availability. Candidates do not need to be available full time for all months.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assemble and inspect products according to company standards, ensuring accuracy and quality in line with our values. 
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines, fostering a spirit of teamwork and shared success. 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, aligned with our commitment to precision. 
• Assist in packaging, labeling, and inventory management with attention to detail and adaptability. 
• Identify and report any product inconsistencies or equipment issues to supervisors, supporting continuous improvement. 

Qualifications: 

• High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team setting. 
• Experience in product assembly, manufacturing, or a related field is a plus (but not required—training will be provided!). 
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks. 
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
• Availability to work flexible hours week to week.
